Do you allow pets? Is there an extra charge?

Answer:
Yes, we generally allow pets which are properly trained, please advice when making a booking. There is no extra charge but we request that you bring bedding, food and eating/drinking bowls with you.

Do I have to pay any deposit?

Answer:
We kindly request a 50% deposit in order to secure your booking. Should you subsequently wish to cancel your booking please contact us as soon as possible, either to rearrange or discuss a deposit refund. Deposit amount advised when we send your confirmation E-Mail.

What time can I book into my suite/ room? |

Answer:
All suites and rooms are available after 2pm for incoming guests. |

What time do I have to book out? |

Answer:
We request that guests have booked out of their suite by 10.30am in order that it may be prepared for new incoming guests.If there are no incoming guests it may be possible to book out a little later. |

I would like to book one of your special facilities. How do I do this?

Answer:
Please state on the booking form, if you have an interest in any of the special facilities. We can then provide you with more details. |

Question:
You mention a shuttle service. What exactly is this?

Answer:
The nearest S-Bahn station is at Herrshing, approx 3km away. We are able to offer a service to and from the station. Please advise when booking if you would need this service, along with approx times. |

Question:
You do not offer dinner. Where can we eat, in the evening?
|
|
Answer:
There are a number of restaurants in Herrshing, Starnberg and indeed Andechs, offering a wide selection of menus. Please ask for details. We recommend you visit the Kloster in Andechs which serves great beer and food. |

We recommend that whilst you are in Andechs you take the opportunity to visit the world famous monastery. Here all the beers are brewed on the premises and you can eat some of the superb Bavarian traditional dishes. Very popular, especially at weekends. Approx 8 mins by car, and 20 mins walk from the Romantik-Villa. Open every day.
